Dusty White is the Founder and
Director of NLP Success Institute (NSI) providing certification
training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and NHT®, a highly
efficient integration of NLP, Hypnosis, and Time Dimension
techniques. NSI provides custom workshops and services providing
communication tools to managers and individuals designed to enhance
their effectiveness in business and personal relationships.
Dusty was an early employee of Adobe Systems, where she served in a
variety of managerial positions. Managing a creative department of
30 regular employees and 40 consultants and contractors in multiple
locations has provided a valuable foundation for her current work.
As a trainer, coach and consultant, she has worked with technical
companies in Silicon Valley, taught courses for UC Berkeley
Extension, Stanford University, and is a regular tutorial instructor
at USENIX Association, presenting at nationwide conferences. She is
co-author of The Managerial Geek, a soon-to-be published book on
management techniques, and co-author of several articles published
in the USENIX Association Magazine, ;login.
NSI is a privately held company specializing in personal and
professional change.
